3x3 - Unlocking connections, empowering growth
The 3x3 program empowers startup founders by connecting them with experienced Catalysts - corporate executives, mentors, and fellow founders - who are ready to leverage their networks to facilitate valuable introductions. Over three months, each participating founder will receive three targeted introductions to customers, partners, or investors, handpicked by their Catalyst based on mutual interests and expertise.

Time Commitment: 3 months
Goal: Facilitate 3 high-value introductions for each participating founder
Participants: Founders with a solid Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and established Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), paired with Catalysts who have the right networks and expertise to help grow their business
Format: Founders will be listed in a directory with their ICP and business goals, allowing Catalysts to select which founders they’d like to work with. Catalysts then use their networks to make three strategic introductions per founder.

Self-Directed Matching: Catalysts can choose to work with founders whose business goals align with their expertise and network, ensuring that connections are high-impact and meaningful.
Targeted Introductions: Every introduction is crafted around the founder’s needs, ensuring that connections are relevant, actionable, and impactful for business growth.
Mutual Benefit: Catalysts gain the opportunity to help founders scale while expanding their own network, creating a reciprocal relationship.
Time-Bound Accountability: The three-month framework keeps participants focused and ensures that introductions happen within a clear timeline, leading to measurable growth.

Founders List: Founders with established ARR and a clear ICP are listed, detailing their business goals and needs.
Catalyst Selection: Catalysts browse the list of founders and choose to work with those whose needs align with their expertise, interests, and network.
Introduction Process: Over the course of three months, each Catalyst will make up to three introductions per founder, based on their network and the business goals of the founder.
Follow-Up & Feedback: Catalysts and founders will have periodic check-ins to track the success of the introductions, ensuring that connections are generating value for the founders.

Founders can access the right opportunities and Catalysts can expand their influence, all within a structured three-month period that ensures meaningful, measurable outcomes.
